Forensic Psychiatry

Forensic psychiatry a specialized field of psychiatry managing the interface between psychiatry and law. I have completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship program at USC in June 2021 and am board certified in Forensic Psychiatry.

Services may include competency to stand trial evaluation, competency restoration, civil commitment, among others.



Fee Schedule for Professional Forensic Services
(Effective 1/1/2022)

I. Criminal Cases: $500 / Hour

II. Civil Cases: $500 / Hour

III. Deposition / Testimony Fee: $750 / Hour

IV. Court Appearance: 3 Hours Minimum

V. Local Travel Time: Based on Above

VI. Out of Town Travel: As Quoted

Above fee schedule based on flat rate is for any work done in relationship to the case. All fees from patient/evaluee/private attorney are payable at or before services are rendered. No lien and health insurance is accepted. Three day cancellation notice is required; otherwise charge for lost time will be made. Minimum charge for a case is based on three hours.
